great location room decor inexperienced staff concierge service

The location was AMAZING. I could easily manage by metro. The room was exquisitely decorated and roomy. I loved it!!!

The staff was young and inexperienced. They could not recommend a nice restaurant nearby. They did not know where to find a nice wine shop. It really lacked any sort of concierge service.
